EVAPORATION

Do you know that EVAPORATION is a very important process occuring all the time around us?
First of all, you should know the difference between Evaporation and Vapourization. Both the processes mean conversion of matter from liquid to gaseous state, but the key difference is the Temperature. While Vapourization occurs only at the Boiling Point, the Evaporation occurs at temperatures below the Boiling Point. Obviously therefore, EVAPORATION is far more frequent and abundant than Vapourization. Read here.
